Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 4-7 days of you placing the order using USPS. Typical delivery time frame is between 7-30 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. 

Delivery

USPS will occasionally mark a package as delivered and will then deliver it 24 hours from that time. Please check with your neighbors as it is possible it could have gone in the wrong mailbox or check with anyone in your household as they might have received it on your behalf. We recommend waiting those 24 hours before you proceed with action. 

Obsessionville is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

 

International Shipping ONLY

We do not offer express shipping. It is recommended to ask for the current processing time before you place your order if it is a time sensitive order. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier. 

If there has been no movement on your package or if it has been stuck on 'Pre-shipment'  after 7 business days, notify us so we are able to properly assist your order. Any notifications after 20 days cannot be assisted as it has exceeded the time frame.
